Chicken Drumettes (Judi) from Cpeirson's Recipes

Ingredients

3-4 lbs of chicken drumettes 3/4 c Soy Sauce 3/4 c Teriyaki Sauce 3/4 c Worcestershire Sauce 2-3 bunches of Scallions 3-4 cloves of fresh minced garlic 1 t yellow dry mustard 1/4 c catsup or bbq sauce

Instructions

Start with 3-4 lbs of chicken drumettes ( they get better each day - leftovers are wonderful) Equal amounts of Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, & Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 - 3/4 cup of each sauce for 4 lbs of chicken) Dice a bunch of scallions - cut off ends but use the entire scallion 3-4 cloves of fresh minced garlic Add Yellow Dry Mustard (this gets good - I just pour it in - about 1 teaspoon Add either catsup or bbq sauce - about 1/4 cup if measured Whisp it all together and add chicken - coat chicken both sides - let sit for few hours... Pour all of it in baking dish and Bake at 350 degrees from 1 - 1 1/2 hours...I baste if periodically after first 45 minutes. You can leave it a little longer at reduced heat for additional browning....
