Ingredients
1/2 c salad oil
1/4/c red wine vinegar
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1t seasoning salt
fresh cracked pepper
1 thinly sliced red onion
1/2 head iceburg letttuce
1/2 bunch romaine
1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and cut
1/2-1 c thinly shredded motzerella cheese
Instructions
Mix oil, vinegar, parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, and pepper in a jar and shake well. Pour and toss over lettuce, onion, artichoke hearts and motzerella cheese.
