1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tbs granulated sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 large egg 1 cup whole milk 2 tbsp oil Griddle or frying pan Spatula 1/4 cup to put mix into pan or on griddle Chocolate chips or sprinkles or blueberries to make batter fun Mixing bowls

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl In another bowl mix wet ingredients Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients mix should be lumpy Cook 2 minutes per side in frying pan or on skillet
