Preheat your oven to 350 degrees combine the flour, sugar, coco powder, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Then add two eggs, the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla and the water mix well until everything is combined. Pour in baking pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean
