Bowl with stand mixer with paddle attachments Small mixing bowl Sifter Whisk Medium sauce pan Disposable 8*8 baking pan 3/4 cup Butter 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips 2/3 cup Sugar 2 Eggs large 2/3 cup Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp Water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F or 180 c. In a pan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs. Combine egg/sugar mixture with butter/chocolate mixture and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and cocoa powder. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add water and stir until just combined. Prepare a 8 x 8-inch baking pan, then pour batter into dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut.
