Blueberry Banana Nut Oatmeal from Clrizza's Recipes

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond breeze) 1 small banana 1 Tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts

Instructions

1) Add oats, water, milk, and 1/2 the banana thinly sliced into a saucepan 2) Turn heat to medium. Cook until oats begin to bubble then stir until oats are cooked and creamy, about 3 minutes. 3) Remove pan from heat then stir in brown sugar and vanilla. 4) Pour into a bowl then top with remaining 1/2 sliced banana, blueberries, and walnuts.
