Ingredients
                
                1.5 pound of potatoes
Salt
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
Vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic minced
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                1) Heat oil in a skillet - you know the oil is hot enough when you add a drop of water into the oil and it starts sizzling
2) Cut the potatoes into fry shape ( I used a mandolin) - add the potatoes to the oil and cook for a few minutes till the fries turn golden brown
3) Place "cooked" potatoes on a paper towel to drain excess oil - sprinkle rosemary and salt on the fries at this point
4) Garnish with garlic right before serving
