Ingredients
2 lb. bag of powdered sugar
2 cans Eaglebrand sweetened condensed milk
2 3.5 oz. cans of coconut
2 cups choped nuts
1 stick butter - melted
1 12oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 lb. parafin wax - 1 1/4 bar out of 1 lb. pkg
Instructions
In large bowl -
combine sugar, Eaglebrand milk, coconut, nuts & butter.
To keep hands from getting too messy - rinse often with warm water damp dry hands - or spray hands with Pan - often.
Mix well with hands - roll into balls about size of walnut.
Place on cookie sheets lined with wax paper.
Refrigerate - until balls are cold.
Melt chocolate pices & parafin in double boiler. Using toothpicks, dip each ball in chocolate and place on new wax paper.
These keep well - in refrig. - for a good while - or freeze.
