Peanut Butter Fudge from Cindy's Recipes

Ingredients

1 box of powdered sugar - sifted 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 cup margarine or butter 1 10 - 12 oz. jar smooth peanut butter ( I use Jiff) 1 10 oz. jar of marshmellow cream ( small jar)

Instructions

Mix sugar, milk and margarine - boil gently for 5 minutes stirring constantly until it reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, marshmellow cream. Beat quickly until it starts to hold a little shape - pour onto a buttered platter and let set. This will harden pretty fast - when this is almost cool - cut into squares before it gets too hard. Enjoy! Hard to resist this; everytime you walk by!!
