Blue Berry Muffins from Cindy's Recipes

Ingredients

Pam spray 2 cups all -purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 teasp. salt 1 cup milk 1 stick unsalted butter - melted 1 teasp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup fresh Blue Berries- don't use any more than what is stated

Instructions

Heat oven to 400* Spray pam over muffin tins Sift flour, sugar, baking powder,and salt together in large bowl; In another bowl mix milk, melted butter, and eggs. Add all of milk mixture to dry mix - Fold in all ingredients Add blue berries - fold in gently Scoop about 1/4 cup above mixture into muffin cups Bake 15-25 mintes; until golden brown = let pan cool on rack 15 minutes or so before removing from pan. These freeze well. Taste - ok - not great.
