Spinach Balls from Chahn1's Recipes

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen spinach cooked and drained WELL 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix 1 small onion minced 5 eggs beaten 1 1/2 sticks butter softened 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesean cheese 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and refridgerate for 30 minutes. Then make 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Then put in ziplock bag. Thaw and bake at 350' for about 20 minutes.
