Cream of Asparagus Soup

2 lb. asparagus (large bunch)
4 oz. cottage cheese
salt, pepper, fall spices...
Instructions
Steam asparagus (broil for smokey flavor)
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix until smooth. Serve hot.
