Beef Daikon Stew

Ingredients
1 lb beef (90% lean), cubed
1 medium daikon root, cubed
Italian herbs and seasonings
Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add ingredients to crock pot/large soup pot and simmer until cooked through
