Roasted veg and marinated chicken wraps from Callumh's Recipes

At first I did one onion but it wasn't enough for me, but two peppers was perfect. When cooked, I also sliced up the chicken.

Ingredients

2 onions 2 big red peppers 2 chicken breasts 2 wraps some dried rosemary some olive oil chicken seasoning (tandoori recommended)

Instructions

A few hours before prepare the chicken: cut slits into each breast and cover with selected seasoning/marinade. Turn until chicken is completely covered. Set the oven to 190 degrees. Cut up the onions and peppers, put them on a baking tray. Add salt and the rosemary, then drizzle with oil. When the oven is warm, put tray with vegetables in. Wait 15 mins, then put the chicken in on a separate tray. Cook for 30 mins, turning the vegetables regularly. Serve chicken and veg in a bowl with warmed wraps.
