Makes 8 servings
Serving size: 1 pancake
Ingredients
2 cups flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour batter onto hot griddle in 1/2 cup measurements. Cook on one side until all bubbles stop coming up and "popping" and then flip with a spatula to the other side. Flip only once!
Put butter on top of flipped side while bottom side is cooking for best results.
Serve warm with your choice of syrup.
