2. Put the sprinkles or candy decorations on a small paper plate. To make each cone, carefully tip the bowl toward you so the chocolate pools in the bowl. Dip the top part of the cone into the chocolate mixture. Gently shake the cone to let the extra chocolate drip out.
3. Roll the chocolate-covered end of the cone into the sprinkles. Put the cone chocolate-side up into a shallow glass so that the chocolate can harden. Dip the rest of the cones in the chocolate following step 2.
4. Fill each cone with two scoops of your favorite ice cream.
