Chocolate brownnies from Aemelliott's Recipes

Ingredients

225g Margarine 250g Dark chocolate, broken into squares 225g Caster sugar 75g Self-raising flour 3 Eggs 150g Chocolate chips (Mixture of white and milk and dark - or any combo of that)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Grease a baking tray Melt the margarine and dark chocolate in a bain marie and leave to cool Beat together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy Gradually add the chocolate mixture Fold in sieved flour and chocolate chips Bake for 30 mins then check with a skewer to see if it comes out clean. It might need longer
