This recipe will always remind me of my mom. It's her special salad dressing. Who knows where she got her recipe from but dang I love making this.

1/4 c olive oil 1/2 tsp. mustard 5 dashes worstershire sauce juice of 1/2 lemon 2 egg yolks (can use 1 whole egg) 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese 2-3 buds of garlic - optional

If you have the time, marinate the garlic in the olive oil over night, or for a few hours. Add ingredients and mix ;)
