Ingredients
2 cups chopped onions
4 cloves garlic, chopped
12 cups broccoli, cut in 2-3" pieces
4 cups vegetable stock
Miso, Bragg or low sodium tamari to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring onions, garlic, broccoli and vegetable stock to a boil in a soup pot. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
Blend all or half to your preference or leave as-is
Add Miso, Bragg or low sodium tamari to taste
Add pepper
