Makes 16 servings
Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
2.5 tablespoon Natvia
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
6 mashed ripe bananas (more if u like)
1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (more if u like)
Instructions
Combine flour, Natvia, baking soda, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt
In a separate bowl mash bananas. Add egg and melted butter.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
Add walnuts
Spoon into a lined cupcake tray
Bake at 180 C for 20 mins
Once ready remove and allow to cool
Tips and Tricks
You can substitute walnuts with pecans.
