Slowcooker Meatball Stew from Scottsbride's Recipes

Ingredients

18-20 Meatballs or 12 oz pkg frozen 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 cups (about 4 large) carrots, cleaned and sliced 1 medium onion, chopped finely 3 stalks celery, cleaned and sliced 1 can tomato soup 2 pkg beef gravy mix 2 cups water (or a bit more if needed)

Instructions

Instructions Chop vegetables and place in slow cooker Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine Stir in meatballs Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender
