Ingredients
1 1/8 cup Water
3 tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 tablespoon Honey
1/3 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup 12-Grain Flour
2 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast
Instructions
Add all ingredients to machine in order suggested by machine manufacturer. Select "Whole Wheat" bread setting; crust color as desired.
This recipe for 12 Grain Bread - 1 1/2 lb loaf serves/makes 1.5 lb loaf
