Chia seed pudding from Phoenix's Recipes

Ingredients

1 glass jar (mason style) 1/3 cup chia seed 1 cup soy, coconut or almond milk 2% Ground nutmeg and or cinnamon to taste 2 tablespoons agave sweetener

Instructions

Add all ingredients to your glass jar and out on a tightly sealed kid and shake for a minute or two until all is thoroughly mixed together and chill for at least 4 hours. Pop your lid and enjoy your dessert.
