Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops
2 tablespoons lemon juice (about half a lemon)
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or spicy)
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Drizzle chops with lemon juice. Combine the parsley, mustard, garlic, lemon peel, rosemary and salt; brush over both sides of chops.
Place chops on a greased broiler pan and broil 3-4 inches from heat, about 6 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if you like.
