Passover cranberry - orange relish from Marth's Recipes
Makes 3 servings

Ingredients

4 cups cranberries 2 large oranges 2 Granny Smith apples (cored) 1-1/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

Finely chop cranberries, oranges (peel and pulp too) and apples in food processors. Stir in sugar and nuts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
