Ingredients
2 apples
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sweet red wine
Instructions
Peel and core apples.
Grind apples, raisins and nuts. Add ginger and cinnamon. Blend in wine and refrigerate before serving.
