Ingredients
                
                2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 1/3 cups confectionery sugar
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                Mix together cocoa, margarine, milk and vanilla with mixer.  Add sugar, mix well. If icing is too thick to spread, add a little more milk.  Spread over cooled brownies.
