Ingredients
4 - Chicken Breasts
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 medium Onion
4 Tbs Unsalted Butter
1 Cup mushrooms, chopped
1 tbs fresh rosemary
1 tbs fresh thyme
1/3 cup white wine
2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
Finely mince onion and garlic
Melt 2 tbs butter in a skillet
Add garlic, onion, rosemary and thyme to the skillet
Add the mushrooms
Saute for 8 minutes
Remove from skillet and set aside
Melt 2 tbs butter in the same skillet and cook chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side.
Deglaze the skillet with wine
Add mushroom, garlic, onion and herb mixture back into the skillet
Cook an additional 5 minutes
Add cream and simmer for another 5 minutes
