Potatoes - Baked British Style

Large Baking Potatoes
Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice an "X" into each potato, oil and salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 1 3/4 hours. Remove and cut deeper into the "X". Place back in the oven for ten to fifteen minutes more.
