Ingredients
4 avocados, ripe
1/2 small onion, finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/3 Cup, fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 limes, juiced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 Tsp Corriander or 1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
Instructions
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a mixing bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Add another 1/2 Tsp of salt if needed. Adjust the lime juice
