Ingredients
Burgers, Steak, Kabobs, Boneless chicken, Fish veggies Shorter than 20 minutes use direct heat. Use 25 to 30 briquettes.
Roasts, bone in poultry, whole fish delicate fish and ribs longer than 20 minutes use indirect. 6 to 9 briquettes per side for the first hour then 3 to 6 per side for every hour after that.
Instructions
Use chimney starter. Light and let burn for 15 to 20 minutes. Dump and preheat grill for 10 to 15 minutes
Ground Beef - 3/4" thick: 10 minutes direct medium heat
Bratwurst - 3 oz: 20 to 25 minutes direct low heat
Chicken Breast 6 to 8 oz: 12 minutes direct medium heat
Shrimp 1 1/2 oz: 4 minutes direct high heat.
