Ingredients
2lb. asparagus, trim stalks
3/4 c. heavy cream
3 cloves minced garlic
Kosher salt
black pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. shredded mozzarella
Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 Place asparagus in 9"x13" baking dish (I used a 8x8 and it worked out fine) and pour over heavy cream and scatter with garlic. Generously season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella (add red pepper flakes if using)
Bake until cheese is golden and melty and asparagus is tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
