Ingredients
1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
2 T. sugar
1 T. dry mustard
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 T. oil
Wieners
Instructions
Beat together flour, cornmeal, sugar, dry mustard, baking powder and salt.
Beat together milk, egg and oil and add to dry ingredients. Pour batter into drinking glass and dip wieners. Deep fry about 2 minutes.
