Ingredients
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon milk
powdered sugar
Icing:
3 ounces egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt
Mix sugar and butter until light in color
Add egg and milk
Add flour, beat until it pulls away from side
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Bake 7 to 9 minutes at 375
Icing:
Mix egg whites, vanilla until frothy
Add sugar and mix until shiny (5 to 7 minutes)
