Ingredients
2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/4 pound Yukon potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 ounce cream cheese
Black pepper
Instructions
Boil water and salt
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces
Boil for 15-20 minutes
Drain and return to medium heat
Add butter and smash potatoes
Pour in milk and cheese
Stir until creamy
Add salt and pepper to taste
