Ingredients
flour
salt
b. soda
sugar
raisins
eggs
buttermilk
Instructions
Mix 3 c. flour, 1 t. salt, 1.5 t. b. soda
add 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. raisins
add 2 beaten eggs, 1-1.5 c. buttermilk
mix, knead
shape into oblong loaf
put on floured cookie sheet
cut X on top
350* 1 hour or clean knife
