Ingredients
1 piece pineapple, frozen, in pieces
1/2 cucumber, small
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 bunch of parsley, small
1 piece of ginger, peeled
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
2 stevia packets (optional)
ice
