Green Bean Soup from Joestar's Recipes

Ingredients

1 lb fresh green beans 6 cups stock 2 onions, finely chopped 1/4 cup olive oil salt, freshly ground pepper

Instructions

1. Put beans into a large saucepan with stock and bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes 2. lift out beans and put in a food processor and reduce to puree. Return to saucepan 3. Heat oil in small saucepan and saute onions until soft 4. add to beans, stir, and mix, season to taste.
