Steak with Chimichurri Sauce from Jajessup's Recipes

Ingredients

• ⅓cup olive oil • ½ cup parsley, chopped • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar • 1 clove garlic, chopped • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper • Kosher salt and black pepper • 1 ½ lbs flank steak

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, vinegar, garlic, red pepper, pepper, and ½ teaspoon salt, set aside 2. Season steak with ½ - to ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ to ½ teaspoon pepper 3. Grill steak to desired liking. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing 4. Slice the steak. Plate all sides and top steak with sauce
