HEALTHY Blueberry Muffins from Hanbanan's Recipes

Ingredients

~Whole wheat flour (2 cups) ~Baking powder (1 TBS) ~Eggs (2) ~Honey (1/2 cup or little more) ~Salted butter (4 TBS) ~Greek yogurt (1 1/4 cups) ~Blueberries (1 1/2 cups) ~Vanilla extract (little bit)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Whisk flour and baking powder together 3. In another bowl, whisk two eggs really well 4. Add honey into the eggs and whisk vigorously 5. Add melted butter 6. Add greek yogurt in 2 additions 7. Add vanilla extract 8. Add blueberries to dry ingredients and mix 9. Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture and combine well 10. Drop batter into greased muffin tray or muffin liners 11. Bake for ABOUT 15 min 12. ENJOY !
