Ingredients

1/2 pint(285g) raspberries 1teaspoon Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons superfine sugar 2/3(150ml) heavy cream Generous 1/2 cup(140g) sour cream 2 Bowls-Fork-Large Spoon-Whisk or electric mixer-4 ramekins

Instructions

1- Set aside eight raspberries.Crush the rest with a fork,leaving them a little lumpy.Stir in the lemon juice and sugar. 2-Pour the heavy cream into another bowl and beat it with a whisk or electric mixer until it has thickened. 3-Fold the sour cream and the cream gently into the raspberries,then spoon the fool into the four ramekins.
