Me and my group members did this at a training centre. We had no idea what we were doing as we didn't get to look over any recipes....its amazing! My instructor couldn't stop asking us for the recipe!

1 small sweet pineapple..peeled and chopped 1/3 cup white wine 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

1. Blend pineapple chunks with water and sugar until entirely smooth. 2. Pour into a bowl add wine, whisk. 3. Add more whine and sugar if necessary. 4. Place in freezer to chill untill ready for searving
