GG's Cheese Dip Queso (and homemade chips!) from Gail's Recipes

Ingredients

Mix together: 1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cut in cubes 1/4 lb Mexican shredded cheese 1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can Rotel Microwave 2 or 3 minutes at a time; stir. Continue until everything is melted. :)

Instructions

If you want to make chips... Heat oven to 425 degrees. Slice corn tortillas into 1/4" strips. Put on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil. You want them wet, not soggy. Sprinkle with Kosher salt, pepper & a little taco seasoning. Bake until toasted light brown (3-4 minutes) then toss them and cook some more. Ovens bake differently so you may need to adjust the time. Let set for 2-3 minutes to get crispy!
