Peppermint Pie

I got this from Laura at work. It's delicious and pretty!
Ingredients
1 chocolate pie crust
1 box instant white chocolate pudding
1 container of heavy whipping cream
1 cap full of peppermint extract
Some crushed peppermint (ie: candy canes) to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Make the pudding from the instructions on the box.
Pour into the crust.
Whip the cream. Add a cap fill of peppermint extract.
Spread whipping cream mixer over the top.
Garnish with broken peppermint candy.
Refrigerate.
