Kelly, these are the cookies I made for Christmas that you asked about. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1c sugar
1/2c unsalted butter
2 well beaten eggs
1/2t salt
3t baking powder
2 3/4 c flour
1t vanilla
Instructions
Cream butter & sugar.
Add eggs & mix well.
Add vanilla & dry ingredients.
Roll out about 1/2".
Bake in 400 degree oven for 4 mins.
Sprinkle with sugar while hot.
