Ingredients
4 oz Pear Brandy (or Apple Brandy)
4 oz chilled simple syrup
Bottke chilled sparkling wine
Lemon twists for garnish
Instructions
Mix brandy and simple syrup in a chilled pitcher.
Divide into 6 flute glasses.
Carefully top with wine.
Garnish with lemon twist.
