Ingredients
                
                1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 t cumin
1 t coriander
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 c mild salsa (low carb)
salt and pepper to taste
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                1. Combine meat with spices, cook till done. Add salsa, top with red onions, avocado, cheese and sour cream.
