Ingredients
                
                1 lb sharp yellow Cheddar cheese 
1 lb soft white cheese (such as fro age bland, ricotta or feta)
6 eggs, beaten
5 tbsp cornstarch
Canola oil for frying
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                Over large bowl, grate cheeses. Add eggs and cornstarch; stir to combine. Shape mixture into small balls. In deep frying pan, heat oil. Drop balls into hot oil; fry until golden. Serve warm.
