Ingredients

½ doz flour tortillas 6 T butter 1C sugar 1 can apple or cherry pie filling ½ C water ½ C chopped pecans Cinnamon

Instructions

Put 2 T pie filling in each tortilla & roll up. Line them up in an 8x8 casserole. Melt butter, add water & ½ C sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves. Pour over the tortillas and let stand 4 to 24 hours (over night is best). DO NOT REFRIGERATE!!! Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Mix ½ C sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Sprinkle on top and bake another 15 minutes, Serve warm with ice cram or cook whip. Serving 1 – 2 per person. Can be easily doubled, Since they are very sweet, cut in half for serving. A double recipe makes a 9x13
