Whole Roasted Squash from Ccvanb's Recipes

Ingredients

1 whole squash (or pumpkin)

Instructions

1. Set oven to 375 degrees. 2. Wash squash, cut a few deep slits to release steam, and put the squash in a baking dish. 3. Roast the squash until it's soft and easily pierced, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the size of the squash. 4. Cut the squash open and allow to cool until it can be handled, then remove the seeds and peel.
